What We Are Looking For:
We are currently looking for a People Operations, Engagement and Inclusion Specialist to join our global People Team. This position is 100% remote and will be responsible for supporting the US People Team and employees. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who is quality driven in their service approach and is obsessed with taking care of employees. Reporting to the US VP of People, in this role you will manage and elevate the candidate and employee operational experience, as well as own the Employee Recognition and Engagement initiatives, while also leading our US DE&I function (which is a part of the global DE&I function). Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is excited about the field of Human Resources, wants to gain exposure to all aspects of the function, and is looking to grow while making a significant impact on the organization.
What We Are Looking For:
Passion for supporting employees and ensuring an extremely high level of employee satisfaction and engagement
Extreme attention to detail and data integrity
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, must understand HR policies, practices and laws
Ability to collaborate effectively and work cross-functionally across global teams
Great interpersonal skills, self-motivation, innovative and experience working across functional departments
Proficient use of an HR Information System and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Team player with who understands group objectives and cross-collaboration
A balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs and priorities
Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal - high energy, and stellar organizational and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points if You:
Have experience working internationally or with a global organization
Have experience sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn - this is not a Talent Acquisition role but there may be times when this person will need to assist with TA efforts
Have experience working remotely

Job requirements
What You Will Do:
Deliver first-class people operations service across the US
Support internal stakeholders with proactive problem solving as it pertains to the HR function
Proactively identify gaps in processes to create a more seamless and efficient solution and experience for employees and candidates
Continually create, innovate, challenge norms and raise the bar for the People Team
Ensure an excellent candidate experience while supporting potential hires as they move through our recruiting process
Manage the onboarding process of new hires, which includes many administrative tasks
Lead our Employee Engagement initiative by creating, scheduling and facilitating fun virtual events that foster participation and excitement
Manage our background check process
With the VP of People, lead the DE&I committee and its many initiatives
Be an integral part of the Culture Team that works to foster and maintain an excellent company culture
Provide ad hoc project and administrative support to the US People Team, for example Job Postings, Job Descriptions, HRIS transition, Performance Development, Compensation & Benefits, and more
